Mountain State Log Homes, Inc. sells log home materials in packages or by the piece.  If you need a limited amount of material for a special project, be sure to check out the items below.

Dry-In Package Materials

 

Mountain State Log Homes Dry-In packages contain the standard materials which we include in a basic house package using 6"x 6" D-Shaped logs.  Now that we have a starting point, we then tailor the materials list to the individual clients needs for their new home.  We offer many optional materials and upgrades which allow us to design a home that reflects the desired you have for your new home.  Whether using one of our existing floor plans or submitting one of your own, our goal is to supply you with materials for the home of your dreams.  We have been designing and manufacturing the Affordable Log Home for over 30 years.

 Materials included in our Dry-In Packages are:

Floor System

• Treated Sill Plate Materials
• Carrier materials 2"x10"
• Floor Joists 2"x10" or 2"x12"
• Sub-Floor 3/4" T&G OSB

Log Walls and Gable Ends

• 1 1/2 Story Homes have 22 or 24 rows of logs and full log gables
• 1 Story has 19 rows of logs and most have full log gables, some have framed end with siding
• Most dormer walls are of frame construction with log siding over 1/2" sheeting.  Full Shed dormers have log end walls
• Insulating foam gasket tape
• Stacking Caulk for log walls
• 9" Log Boss Screws
• Logs for porch gables
• 6" Kiln Dried White Pine Logs

Interior Partition Walls

 Please Note:  Each Stock Floor Plan has it's individual attributes and design needs, therefore the items listed above are representative of those which are specified for each Individual plan.  Your local municipality may require that alternative materials be used for your area.  MSLH will work to see that each home package meets or exceeds those needs when alternative materials are requested.  Pricing will reflect only those materials specified and supplied by Mountain State Log Homes.
